**   Winter Rate - January 2nd to 12 March    (except Valentines day weekends and Valentines Day.) No other discounts apply.

Discounts:  5% active military and 5% for payment in cash (we give you the savings instead of paying the credit card company!).

Cancellations severely impact us because of our small size. If a cancellation is necessary, please do so 10 days prior to your reservation date to prevent a cancellation fee equal to one-night's lodging.

Check-in time is 3 p.m.. or later.  Check-out time is 11 a.m.  This allows us time to prepare the same "Laurel Springs experience" for our incoming guests.

Well-behaved children age 12 and above are welcome.

Pets are not allowed, we have no pets on the property.

Covered smoking areas are provided outside. No smoking inside please
